There are some tall/fast TEs that are great receivers. I'm considering running three of them in my WR spots. Is this crazy?
Edit: So far the big issues I can think of are chems (obviously) AGI/COD, BTK, and Route Running.

I don't do it...but run into it often in H2H...seems like as good a technique as any.
If you want to do it go for it. It might not be the most meta strategy but it seems like it should work well enough for you to be competitive against most players
I tried going the heavy run block on everything and te wr combo, just doesn't seem like it's that effective to me, I did country strong and sweet feet all that, I couldn't really run any better tbh.
I like running quick/smaller WRs in my slot, had OBJ for a while now rocking Clayton before I move to Desean next harvest drop

I don’t know but I think itd work pretty well if you made the right choices in who to use. For example 90 Pitts is the best Wr I’ve used all year so far, and id say the free Kelce from season 2 is 2nd best. He’s been an animal in the slot for me
I tend to do this in the endgame when everyone is a 99. Gun split with 3 TEs and the ability to audible into goal line can really irk opponents.
Yeah..I run Kincaid and kittle at TE at wr I run Parham, Olsen and reed
With the amount of TE's that have <65 RBK but are super fast and have good route running traits, you can definitely run them at WR and still be effective, especially because a TE with 60 RBK is still going to be a great blocking WR and they're generally taller, so it will help your run blocking.
all pro h2h hacks do this. heavy run or rpo scheme.
The main potential downside is being limited in audibles to other formations.
For example, if you are running trips and have an extra TE in the WR 1/2/3 spot, you couldn‘t audible to other base 11 personnel formations, just 12 personnel that matches what you have on the field.

Oh that’s a good point I didn’t think of. Thanks everyone!
If you are doing this, what 3-5 TEs so you have? And which ones are going to WR & which to TE?
Not all my TEs but I do run Pitts at the slot WR for me. He is a straight dawg in the slot for me!

Good question. I kind of abandoned the idea due to various reasons mostly listed above. Didn't pick specific players, but my theory was faster, higher route run guys at WR and better blockers at TE.
