Yes
They never actually fix the issue. They think a response is a fix. No clue. Your best bet is to continue to resume the case and email them before they can close it. I have one case now about Alumni Players And Ultimate Boom solos that are locked and we keep going back and forth so they can’t close it.
I paid more to EA last year than I paid Verizon for my phone and if I called Verizon because of an issue it would get fixed

They don't read the cases as just replied aware & will be resolved in time.
I didn't do the 3player set in cut but got to level 20.
Asked about season xp from mut 24 also.

I'm not sure if we can talk about bringing a class action on this website - but it is ridiculous. EA's terms of service probably have a class action waiver and an arbitration provision where we could not go to court and must bring a proceeding through arbitration - but we could all file individual requests for arbitration and put pressure on them that way.

Something needs to be done. They are literally robbing everyone blind and it gets worse every year.
Someone should call into consumer advocate Clark Howard and ask for his advice: Www.clark.com. He also has a call center that takes calls.

Big company, only game in town/monopoly! They used to have people to speak with in Madden 15 that could resolve issues! Now just drop your complaint in the suggestion box, we'll pretty nuch tell you to go fuck yourself if we decide to respond while we laugh all the way to the bank! If they had real competition this would end!

Now that’s on YOU.
What do you expect people in malaysia to do? They have a little script to go through, tell you that they enjoy madden too, and try to make you not so angry at EA. They get paid per call that comes in, not for every issues they resolve.
