Is GT Runyan the best RE?

I currently have Jason Taylor and he plays well but I figure if I can get a better RE then why not. I was looking at Bruce Smith before GT Runyan came out they both look great. Runyan definitely looks a little better considering he gets two 0ap slots and has 91 ZCV along with amazing stats. I guess the only downside is his agility which is only 79 but other than that he looks superb. My LE is furious george and I'll probably keep him cause he's so versatile with his 0ap x-factor along with a few other x-factors and he gets 49ers team chem which is nice but isn't a must sunce theme teams are kind of pointless.

bruce is faster than this card yes runyan has better abilities but speed and accel is pretty king lately LT has been eating  people alive because he is the  only rusher who get's the god rush stack for a whopping 1 ap (TS,ETE or DON,NO OUTSIDERS.)

Runyan is interesting and a beefy body but xfactor edge rushers still are the top. I just switched to an eagles tt for fun and run these two on the ends. White usually gets more sacks due to his speed. 

Depends with the token he's definitely in contention for best in the game but without the token I don't think he's notably better than anyone else. With us being limited to 2 tokens for now, I'd only get him if your sure you won't use the tokens elsewhere.
