Is it just me or did anyone feel like the 98 to 99? That was a lot worse today?

I felt like I got a lot less 99s and a lot more 99s that were worth nothing

Maybe yesterday you got more 99's than average, and fewer 99's that were worth nothing.

There have been very brief intervals when the 4-for-1 exchange consistently yielded good value, and then only because the auction market was throwing off the average values of cards at a given OVR. You might be better off selling your 96's to players that are doing what you've been doing.

Mine has been the opposite. I’ve been on a hell of a run with them. started the other day with like 800k decided to try my luck with them. Pulled a Deion GT that was selling for 500k at the time so double the profit on the first. So did another one and got extremely lucky to pull GT CB Moss who was selling for 2.6 million at the time, so you figure around 10x profit. Did another got GT Peppers, not great but still a little profit. Then last night/this morning I did 2 more and pulled DD Bernard who sold for 400k and just did one right now and pulled RR Otto Graham. Out of the 15 or so total I’ve done the past 2-3 days I’ve only gotten 3 98s.  The rest were 99s with varying degrees of value. Most were a break even or a little tiny loss. But it’s almost worth it for the reward of pulling a moss or jones or RR card. Also opened 5 of the 15 RR packs to try and complete some of the 99 sets yesterday to get closer to an RP and pulled a RR 99 Billie Johnson. Pack lucks probably gone for the rest of the year

Agreed value wise it’s definitely better to just sell the 96-97 for 90 k a pop and take the 330k after tax and run.  Cause yeah you’ll pull some 99s outta the set but a lot of 99s sell for the minimum or close to it. Only reason I’m a big fan of the set is cause it’s pretty much the only way to see a GT get pulled. And I’ve pulled a solid 7-8 of them outta the 15-20 of them Ive done. but value wise for sure your better off selling the pieces. I’m just a gambling man and like to try my luck out

Yeah, I mean I guess I can’t complain over Five days I made up to 8 million coins off the set but over the last day, I’ve lost around 2 million so I’m sitting around 10 million right now so I just thought it was a bit weird the sudden change

I've pulled 10+ and most were losses  especially since 96s are usually around 90k on PC. I did get GT Caleb Jones though so that puts me way ahead overall but I'd say besides that I'm probably only up a little bit. Off the top of my head some of my pulls have been Jones, GT CJ, GT Alstott, GT Bates, Sherman, Chris Harris Jr, Luck, Larry Wilson, Randle, Quenton Nelson, Dierdorf, and others. To me it's the most fun thing to do with coins though. I already did my two RPs and don't even really play the game anymore so it's fun trying to get GTs.
