I’ve had an Xbox one for years but tomorrow I’m getting an Xbox Series X and I was wondering whether I could carry my Xbox One MUT team into the Xbox Series X Madden. I have both versions of the game because I preordered Madden 24 in August. Will I be able to keep my team or will I have to start over?

You can just download the old version on your new xbox to finish out the year if you really like your team. But if you want to play the new console version then you gotta start over. I bought an Xbox x 3 weeks in so luckily it wasn’t that crazy of a restart. But this far in I feel like I’d play the old gen version on my new console to finish the year and dabble in the new one and start over to mess around and get used to it cause its def an adjustment

I did the same thing but with PlayStation like the other poster said download the old gen game on the new gen console and play out the year im doing it that way it’s not a game upgrade as in you can’t use new abilities but it is a better more fluid game playing the old game on the new system with the new controller Ive been doing that since november with no regrets. No need to sell the team and start over this late in the game.
