Description on Mut.gg says Aka Truzz, so does that mean it's on 6 plays, then off?

Or is it always on like Kelce vanguard or aaron donald relentless?

I have a cowboys TT but yes he's still starting on my team. That ability is underrated and better used if CPU does its thing
