IMO yes definitely, cheaper players become viable. Going 3x 20 is the move, can fit in 9 MFs too if desired.

yep, but yeah running tts are always the move. running lions/packers on my budget squad while im waiting for the last mcs tournament. between bnds and tt players im running all 89+ speed at my skill positions for maybe 500k total

Yes, but you will definitely need Team Builders with x2 chems, and having RPs that count 2x toward your squad helps make this easier. Use your specialist tab to sneak in any high ovr guys you want that don't fit your chem comp.

uhhh I may or may not have done something dumb to not be able to do RP’s(I lost 8 million coins opening pack LMAO)

You can do it without RP cards if you use Team Captains and Team Builders. I was using 20 Eagles, Falcons, Seahawks. But i get bored quickly and TT limit you. Right now I just run 2 so I can move players around.
I made the leap a week ago and went 20/20/5 Commanders, Giants and Eagles. Was suprised how cheap it was at the time and still have an 89ovr team. My RPs are all locked to Old Gen and I'm NMS as well.
Of course it's worth it , it's +1 spd
Thanks to the higher-than-usual number of All-32 Chem players, it's not hard to get to 20 for the +1 SPD. In the case of some teams, it's probably cheaper to build a theme team than it is to try to get value players from a bunch of unrelated teams.
As far as getting three 20/20 teams, Rookie Premiere helps, but isn't absolutely necessary. Right now I'm running 49ers/Commanders/Lions, and the constraints I face are as follows:
52 chem-eligible roster spots
3 chems from the Rare Team Chemistry item
9 possible 2x chem Team Builders players
2 Rookie Premiere players with multiple chems
2 additional chems from one of my Team Captains
That's 68 against the minimum 60 required, which leaves me the option to patch holes in the lineup with superior players that don't contribute to the chemistries.

Current running a Steelers/Seahawks/Giants its totally worth it. I have 9 spots for non-team chems (6 starting and 3 subs) It still allows you some flexibility. Note I don’t have any rookie premier players too.
yes, any boost is probably more important than ever in this current game state.

no rp is kinda wild. im still rocking 3 of the 88s, Latham’s 85 and Puka cause i’m madden poor
