Is man impossible to beat without great receivers? How do you guys beat man?

Im trying to learn how to pass,  wanting to try something other than my run game.

I have Biletnikoff, 93 amari cooper and 93 a.j. green. I just played a whole game and literally the only person to get open and that was just 3 times was biletnikoff with route tech.

Completely locked down, If i upgrade to better receivers will that help and what exactly should i  look for in a reveiver?

also, what routes should i be doing, I have HRM but it seems the only thing that got open for biletnikoff was a couple of corner routes.

You need short in on your receivers.  If they're pressing and jamming at the LOS, you need to work on formations to motion your receivers to give them a free release and getting them off the press other ways.

How how good is route tech and what exactly does that help with, would that help beat man?

Does short in help with running routes or is that just to prevent knockouts?

Route tech improves routes vs man coverage.  

Short in improves most man beating routes like slants and in routes in a similar way and guarantees a catch.

As a general gameplay tip I would also say to mix up what routes you are using.  Find a corner route that beats man, use slants, zig routes can work.  If you get a speedy WR you can throw some deep posts against man.

Abilities beat man, route combos beat zone. With that being said, there are particular routes that when paired with an abilty cook man. Certain corners, posts, C routes etc. go through your pb with a route ability on Fred (I recommend route tech for 1ap) and see what routes he lights up on and which he doesn’t. HRM corners and posts kill man with a route ability in my experience, corner routes my go to against most man metas. I run short in or route tech on all my receivers and Te so I don’t just have one guy able to beat man. Also keep in mind they can’t press your TE or HB so use them to beat press, especially if you can get Taysom hill or Kittle or 94 Gronk with free short in, then they should get wide open no matter what. A good none blitz man beating combo is a HRM post and slant, and then you just read the high low over the middle and throw to whoever the user doesn’t guard.

I'm gonna by some recivers, what exactly should I look for in order of most importance.  LIke route running stats, speed, acceleration or what exactly matters?
