No, its not pay to win. Pay to get better cards faster. Its very easy to flip cards on the AH and make money.

But the game is down to dice rolls.

It all depends on how much time you can put into head to head seasons. I've build a 99 overall team with very little, like under 100 dollars, spent all year long. But this is the only game I play and I play a ton of seasons.

you still gotta win the game and everyone kinda has a good team or a team that can hold its own vs whoever but you still have to be better then ur opponent to win in most cases

The better player wins if you’re within 5 OVR and 2 speed. A 94 OVR 97 speed team can definitely compete
