Is "Out of my way" a counter to Vanguard?

Out My Way - Ability Description

Defenders with this ability will frequently attempt and win impact blocks against receivers, tight ends, and running backs.

So if a TE has vanguard, can they still impact block DBs with Out of my way

My guess is yes, so I equipped it on Neal my sublb, but tbh idk I’m not a labber
