Is Season 4 / MUT working yet (xbox one)

My freaking xbox live ran out 2 days ago and i am out of work for 8 months due to heart failure (so i cant even AFFORD to do another month). Im being kicked out by my abusive girlfriend. and all i fn want is to be distracted for 15 minutes  before i lose my mind

The menu STILL says that i dont have access to this.... but i dont know if it's the servers OR because i have no xbox live.

Mine updated ,loading screen shows madden in jersey with s4 in background but still cant access

Hopefully it will still let me on without Xbox live :(

I was on MUT yesterday just fine (but CoD wont let me play multiplayer) so im hoping MUT wont be an issue. OR competitive (solo battles and/or Champions)
