Is Super Bowl theme team still good/fun to use or no

I been thinking about doing a Super Bowl Tt just for fun to explores tts 🙏

At this point it’s still usable but I wouldn’t spend money on it if you want a fun ttuse a team or recent promo like combine

70 SB/30 Combine/25 Patriots = very fun tt.  (Also a 98 OVR, so very useable)….

Fun yes, good yes, but it's B tier now. Combine 60/60 with some low AP TOTY/Crews/SR/GF/WW I think is tippy top today.

It's still decent and you could be reasonably successful with it. But I would consider behind the top teams when it comes to ap discounts at most positions.

Maybe mix in some other players here and there. 

Knowing your opponent and what theyre doing and calling the correct plays is what keeps you competitive.

One thing: You need Secure Protectors on your offensive line. To me, its the most important ability in the game. This is where you need to find cheap AP. Whitworth Super Bowl get it for 1. Havenstein (Genki) gets it for 0. New Sugar Rush Thomas get is for 0. This is where you want to mix in different themed players because without Secure Protector youre gonna have a tough time.

Yeah I still run with 70, whit is my only OL. I can't move from it still

It is still good. Nice thing is that most Of the limits are really cheap where it is impossible to lose much money overtime. Can still get to 70 and still fill enough players with non Super Bowl players to have a changing team.

Oof F bro, those LIUs definitely make SB much more viable competitively, giving you the ability to run Colossus, UF, or UC all game.

SB players are still good, but those LIUs give a significant edge that you'd be lacking

I mean, with how easy it is to cobble together, all the discounted abilities, plus +3 speed across the board if you run full 70/70 SB theme team, i say YES absolutely still good AND fun -- probably second best theme team in the entire game, behind only Combine.  Personally, i'm running hybrid theme team, highly recommended:

• 70/70 Superbowl
• 25/50 49ers -- replace with YOUR favorite squad here
• 6/6 AKA Crews
• 15/60 Combine

Granted, i also have the various Light it Up X-factor tokens, so i'm using Warren Sapp (UF) and George (Colossus) plus Ji`Ayir Brown becomes truly elite with the Deep + Mid + PA for 1AP stack, super versatile can play anywhere on the field and my last token is on Whitworth for the 0AP Secure Protector.  These X-factors are even better than the Combine variants, which take 9 plays to charge up.
