Is the call to sell for coins or QS for training?

What is the most efficient method right now to guarantee the best way to improve our Teams? I don't seem to have the best pack luck

Selling for coin...then using the coin to upgrade your team is the best / safe route to go.  Now...with all things MUT...you gonna pay one way or the other (time or coin). Selling everything is going to take time. The quickest route is to QS everything that is even close to training value (golds for example are never a good idea to QS). Then use the training to roll TVPs...this method can improve your team the quickest...it can also lead to nothing.  For every "fire" pack puller who posts there are dozens who lost, but kept it to themselves.

I sell almost everything for coins, usually above the current training-to-coin value. It just takes some time if you want to sell for above market value.   I maintain a spreadsheet with the training values for each overall and I have formulas to set the price that I want to sell it for (currently selling everything at 6.8 to 7 training to coin).

I don’t open any packs in the store except   the daily coin pack. It is better to buy the players that you want off the Auction House. You will always lose on most packs.

TVPs and some of the training re-rolls may have some value, but I always have bad luck so I stay away from those as well.
