Yeah it’s kind of confusing. Any strat card that has a SPD variation doesn’t get the S4 boosts even if you pull a version of that card that doesn’t have SPD on it.
These cards don’t get S4 boosts:
Outside And In
In The Zone
The Island
Lurk
Deep Route Specialist
In The Move

No problem, glad I could help. I like Zone Run too, currently using 1 Zone Run for the LBK, RBK, and CAR and 1 Deep Route Specialist for the +1 SPD.

This man here has it all correct, i spent too much time trying to figure it out when its this simple, if it has speed it will NOT max out, every other card will max out to S4
