I didn't get one like we normally get with promos, and the Field Pass stuff requires a Backyard Baller player in your lineup. I wasn't intending to buy any of the cards from this promo, and planned on using the free one. Also, the Backyard Baller Field Pass started me off as if Level 2 was already completed, which is a 92+ pack. I think it used the 800XP from me completing my Dailies last night???

Yes, there usually is a welcome pack but with the servers it may be late.
And yes, it can carry over from the day before. Has happened to me in prior promos

Yep, that is what usually comes with a new promo. I still have not received mine. I bought a 92 from the Auction House to be able to have the stuff count towards the BB objectives. My Comp Pass was off as well, but it appears to have corrected itself and now my XP earned matches the tier that it should be in.

Yep. They basically took the Sugar Rush and Mission MUT Passes and changed out the packs, but it is a good amount of Season 4 XP, which is good, because I think the actual promo itself is garbage. Having said that, I get that some like the OOP players. I just don't.
