It's truly crazy how quickly EA is to respond to positive glitches and slow to negative glitches!!!

This morning the playoff challenges were rewarding a 91 OVR BND jadavian clouny from the 82+ pack.

The servers were shut down and now the playoff challengers are gone.

It is amazing to me that it was so important to EA that they remove challenges so that people do not get a 91 BND card for free.

And yet all the negative glitches of this game take quite literally months if not years to actually fix. It drives me insane!!!

They just released a new patch. But did that patch fix the fatigue after two plays on defense?? Oh heck no. They can't fix something like that. Because it has no effect on people buying packs. It's likely that they don't actually care. It will get patched. But let's be honest, a glitch that bad should have been fixed within an hour of people noticing it.

Please do not buy packs from this company!!! They do not deserve a dime of your hardened money!!!

I said this when a similar thing happened at like 11pm on a random tuesday night in like september or october. They literally shut down everything and took the whole game offline for an hour or two to "fix it" 

Meanwhile people still hadnt got their preorder bonuses and all the other glitches had gone on for months by this point. I dont know how they get away with it or how ANYONE can still defend these absolute trash people that work there.

They get away with it for one reason.

They have NO competition!!

When 2K lost their contact with the NFL, EA lost any need to ever have to explain themselves for their mistakes.

And this is why all grievances need to be directed towards the NFL not EA....EA not listening, the people buying this game need to let the NFL know they pissed. Period

Could of, would of, should of. 

If this game was even somewhat decently normal, I would of easily spent at least 500-800 a year on it since 2018

But since 2016 I've probably spent 550 total.. so jokes on them

I will always be annoyed at EA for another lack of a quality product.

But it is the NFL's fault for allowing their contract to just one company

You're not going to find many great companies making strides in their product when they have no competition.

Android has Apple.

Xbox has PlayStation.

You can go on and on. If they didn't have each other they, they wouldn't be investing as much into improvement.

A company willing to pay a billon or better for your license wouldn't you do the same. Its not like 2k and other companies can't get the license,  its ea the only one willing to pay that much. Not buying packs won't hurt ea, the player engagement will. If people didn't play at all than ea would be forced to change things.

Exactly, am I supremely disappointed in EA for yet another bad product, of course. Am I surprised? Not even slightly. Does that mean my only option is I deprive myself of video game football or just live with it? Nope. 

At this point any anger, disappointment, feedback, etc. Needs to be blasted at the NFL and a real push for another company to get a shot, otherwise EA will continue to be EA, they only care about their wallet.

I took a year off from madden and only got it on sale after my friends wanted me to play with them. I come back and somethings have improved but then you get the same stuff over and over. Player awareness sucks, packs and rewards sucks, now this. Why even add this to the game, defenders get tired out way too easily. They are rotated in real life I get that, but you have a 94 speed William Perry and you think that’s real!
