I only received the first pack out of all 4. I did all the time watch requirements and pressed claim in my drops section. I didn’t receive any of the last 3 on my game?

Try playing a solo challenge. Sometimes it triggers rewards. If that doesn't help, contact EA Help and have a screenshot of the drops screen from Twitch showing that you earned the rewards but didn't receive them.
