Currently using TOTW Kyler Murray, I have been since he came out and he has played phenomenally.....
but Joe Montana looks really good since he gets Trad 1 and gets HRM + GS/GW for 5 AP total.
Wondering if anyone who has played with or against Montana has any reviews on him.
I would also appreciate it if anyone can describe how good/bad Trad 1 truly is and whether it is worth buying him or not since Most Feared is coming up in a few days.
I like him. And GS normalizes throws no matter the release.
But sold and waiting for MF
I played against him. He had Gift Wrapped, Gunslinger and HRM and i got destroyed. I been thinking about getting him too but kind of don't want to spend over 500k with MF on Thursday

I spent 589k on him but sold Bradshaw for 160k. I put Gunslinger, HRM and GW on him. Fucking crazy dude. if you can spare the coins, i def suggest trying him out

All offensive AP on Montana? I gotta test him out now. I might just use HRM and GS on him so I can keep Juke Box on Payton.

That would be sick since you can get Payton into open field with juke box. Give it a try, HRM is game changing imo and his release is nice with gunslinger
I don’t know fs how his release compares to others because he’s my first upgrade from RG3, but I’m pretty sure gunslinger makes all the releases more or less the same.
But other than that he’s great. At first I was running HRM and GS on him and juke box on Bo, but because I had been using gift wrapped for so long when I finally wasn’t using it I remembered that receivers actually drop passes sometimes 😂, so I’m running HRM, GS, and gift Wrapped. Recuperation on bo.
For how he actually plays, he’s pretty crazy. He plays like he has fearless, I’ve had Khalil Mack screaming off the edge right at him and he throws dots. Also being able to put your TE on a corner route whenever you want is invaluable. You’ll still have to freeform streaks and those typa routes even when the receiver has 2 steps, but I don’t think there’s a QB (yet) that wont underthrow those.
I was able to make his set for pretty cheap because I pulled his 87 out of a pack, so it was a no brainer for me. If you sold kyler for him I would say its worth, even with whatever QB we get in most feared.

Thanks for the input. When I do try Montana out I'll try him out with only HRM and GS so I can keep JB on Walter, and then add GW to Montana to see which ability combo I prefer.
