Yes ea does own the patent for DDA. I can send you the link to the court documents if you would like. If you read it, it will say that ea owns the patent to dda but it was never implemented into online gameplay. Dda is used in offline gameplay to keep players more engaged within the game. 

It kinda sounds like you are the one who still believes in the Easter bunny. lol why would you believe something that isn’t there and has never been proven. You probably think Santa eats all those cookies every Christmas night as well. 🤣
