I would say Josh Allen. He gets SFL, Fearless, and GS for only 2 AP

But Lamar gets that for 4 and is a bit more accurate and faster?

The speed doesn't really matter unless you build your scheme around read options like I do

Ive used both and Allen is the better of the two even tho  his short passes somtimes sail
