They just started rolling out. It's due to Gravedigger not being in packs on Tuesday when it was supposed to be in for 48 hours starting Monday.

Not everyone has gotten it, but I think it went out to more people than it was supposed to (People that never even opened a pack). EA never tweeted saying what the qualifications were for the make right.
