I would almost guarantee you get above a 95.  Heck, lately it seems liek i'm pulling a random (albeit rare) 96 OVR from regular Gold Packs.  I've regularly been taking any opportunity to grab the x3 gold pack choice, whenever presented.

99 Vick and the rest were awful.

I have pretty good luck with the $$$ packs, but my coin and training luck this year has been awful.

At least you scored a single 99, i would have guessed a few 97s or a random/rare 98.  I basically burned through an entire binder worth of training, lately i'm just collecting and saving, hoping i'll be able to pull off a few RP sets.

Yep, just waiting on RP myself. Got about 12 million coins without selling anyone. Should be able to put a pretty good dent in that promo I would think.
