Just take RPOs out of the game at this point

Every single game, every single play it’s all I see. Idk what they did to “fix” it but it made the problem worse. 
 

“skill issue” “I have no issue stopping it” congratulations. I have not run into a stem glitcher one single time but 90% of the games I play are just RPO cheese non stop. Have I lost to all of them? No, I’ve beat quite a few of them. I’m just sick of basically everyone I play running one play the entire game and my DBs just standing there doing nothing.

The real issue here imo is the plays theoretically designed to stop RPOs don't align properly in Madden and don't work the way they should. That's the type of issue that needs to be fixed and imo, a significant part of the reason defense seems bad (because it is). A lot of the plays just aren't programmed properly or accurately according to how they're supposed to work. You might stop it, but the reason people keep spamming them is because too many people don't know how to stop it themselves. Hard to know when, say, cover 2 or 4 immediately goes AWAY FROM THE FLATS.

They need to make it a coach adjustment like the option is(aggressive/conservative)... Would be great to have the CPU always play the rb heavy, or always jump the pass depending on which one you commit to in your adjustments

Rpos only work well against zone.

Because when ‘I know it’s coming’, 80% of the time, that is exactly what happens. It’s extremely rare that I commit to the RPO during pre-play, and I end up getting burned over the top instead.

However, a lot of the RPO spammers run the play out of no-huddle, so you won’t have access to coaching adjustments if that’s the only way to instruct your corners or outside linebackers. Proper pre-play alignment and pursuit logic is the key here.
