Kinda bored with the game at this point... could be the earliest I've hung it up ever.

Ever since they fixed the extreme menu lag back in late September I've really enjoyed M24 and have grinded things out as much as anyone.  I've loved playing with the various promo theme teams... 50/50 Most Feared... then 50 Harvest/25 Dolphins... now 50/50 Zero Chill.  I've won more than my share of games and super bowls.  

I finished the Season 3 Pass a week ago and the Comp Pass probably 3-4 weeks ago.  But lately I can't muster the energy to even care enough to log in.   I barely engaged with the Campus Heroes II program... and I have zero motivation for the upcoming Season 4 and Comp Passes... or the playoffs and super bowl promos.

I'm sitting on 36 million coins and I don't even have the energy to sell off my ZC cards... even though I know their value is going to plummet in the coming weeks when I might have the hankering to play some Madden again.

Anyone else feeling burnt out on the game this early?

Bored too. I just change my team around when I'm bored. It's either Madden or spend time with my family or something...

you'll probably find yourself wanting to play more again once the new field/comp passes come

I've been burnt out on this game for years. The games never going to change or get better so you gotta change/get beter  around it.

The trick I have learned is to stop caring about the dumb stuff and only care about the stuff that matters .  

For me I stopped caring about wins and losses, and started caring about challenging myself more within the game.I'll give myself all sorts of handicaps, roster restrictions. I even make up mini games while playing H2H.

The community highlight thread is also another reason I continue to play this game.   Making absurd plays is always fun and the fallacies that happen when you try hard for them can be hilarious in itself.

Yeah I'm at the same point and the more I think about it im probably not coming back next year it's just not fun anymore I've been playing mut since like madden 15 and been playing regular madden since the 90s and its not the same everything feels forced and like squeezing a lemon in my eye or something I don't know it's late and I've already taken my nighttime gummies 😉 all I know is this game has become to feel like a second job and not a hobby anymore

i wasnt even gonna get the game this year but it was gifted to me for xmas so i feel obligated to play it for a few months but when i quit last year i felt great about it and had no regrets…..threw my cards up on the AH for cheap to help out the community and uninstalled and never looked back…..will see how long i last this year despite me feeling obligated

It's definitely normal towards the end of a season field pass/comp pass. If you have no motivation to play don't but you might be more rejuvenated when the reveal the season 4 pass content this week.

Same here man. Nothing to do in MUT right now until the new season and comp passes drop, so it all feels pretty stale at the moment. I started up a franchise for the first time all year out of boredom to give me something to do other than COD.

I would say just take a break and see how you feel afterwards. i've just been trying not to dwell on the mistakes I make and I've found I'm actually enjoying playing now.

Haven’t played an online game in a month and don’t miss it at all.  10 minutes 4 out of 5 days until I maxed out season 4 and now, not even that. game had stretches of being fun, but mostly frustrating and the grind expectation has been excessive.

Deleted the game like 6 weeks ago & don't have a single regret. Content has been absolutely horrid this year.  &  even if they did release a card that I would want, I think I may be done for good due to the way ppl play the game. I just wanna play a good old-fashioned game of real situational football, but ppl approach the game like it's nfl blitz. Going for it on 4th & 25 deep in your own territory when the situation doesn't even call for it. 2pt conversions after every score. Constant onside kicks etc. Nah I'm good.

trust me ive been playing madden since i was a literal child, first madden was 04 vick, got into it heavy in 06, and bought every copy since, played mut since 11, and dawg this year is just so boring, today was the first day i picked it up in 2 weeks, i had no reason to, i got everything from the fieldpass, no cards were coming out besides watered down totw. this year has just been so stale, no exciting content, every promo really has been a let down, zero chill didnt feel like zero chill, the ghost players werent exciting, most feared was meh, the whole therory behind that promo were players who stroke fear into opponents. we didnt get that, theme teams are bad off, theres not even really a meta theme team this year, its just the newest promo because of the over powered strat cards. this year has just sucked. and its a shame
