I like to scramble with my QB, I really value HRM, fearless and SFL, slinger 3 is my fav release. Who should I get as my QB?

Lamar is still tough to beat imo, best release in the game and only 4ap for SFL HRM on a 96 speed possibly 98 speed QB. Also sense pressure ideal so i never had a problem with him. Only got hurts now because he gives all nfc chems for my tt, otherwise I think I’d still be running Lamar.
