Mine might have been either EA not updating Draft or SSKO. I also would have liked some programs to have new chemistries. Backyard Ballers and Combine did.

playing it. content was good but game wasnt as fun this year but it looks like they made some good changes for 23 so hope it is better

The freeze glitching. I’m usually very optimistic and positive about the Madden gameplay moreso than others. However, I’ve had probably 8 or more losses due to freeze glitching in the game.
By far my biggest pet peeve this last installment.
