Legendary strat item quicksell value?

I have seen a few legendary strategy items on the auction block, and am wondering what their quicksell value is in this game. I know they used to sell for 110 in MUT 23.

and then alot of them have crappy auction caps where they are worth less than epic items……its just nuts
