So I leveled up to level 48, didn't get my elite pack, did a few solos after to see and still didn't receive it. Anybody else have this problem? Especially on PS4?

Im also on ps4 & haven't been getting any of the level up rewards the past few days. This is first time in few months I been on my backup acct since im unable to get into MUT on my regular account as of Thursday. So now im just waiting to hear back from the ban bamas over at EA cause looks like they might have banned me and I know I havent broke any of the rules. Hopefully they straighten it out before Mut season ends in next month or two but not holding my breath dealing with them.
