It just occurred to me that Tribute TB12 is missing from this list. Brady can equip both GS (baked in) and identifier for 0 AP, so similar to ROH in a way with the baked in abilities.

Could this be a sign that they will get away from abilities in 24 by cutting them in half now and make us start getting used to very little or if any abilities?
