LOST OUT ON MILLIONS OF COINS

I lost a 95 d jackson card today because the servers went down when i opened the pack i really want this 95 back or some type of compensation does anyone know a way to get in contact with someone who can actually help and not just the dumb bots on the web maybe if its like a dev that’s active in the community or just anything

The EA reps will just give you automated answers and tell you to have a good day.

Did you save the video recording? Otherwise it's gonna be tough without proof.

Nope. That's how the cookie crumbles. EA will tell you sorry nothing we can do while sitting on stacks of money laughing at you. EA laughs at this community because it's such an embarassment.

Sadly, EA no-Help will maybe tell you that they'll look into your account status, but doubt they're rolling the servers back to restore content for you or anyone else. Aiming you paid money for this, MAYBE you can at least try to get your money refunded.
