Lots of Players Not in Database Yet?

As title says, it seems lots of players are not in the database yet (Hines Ward, Rey Lewis) as two examples, or am I missing something?

my bad,all good man, thanks.  I just wasn't sure if I was missing something, not trying to hurry anyone along.
