Hester doesn't have ideal height. Kupp doesn't have ideal speed. Jefferson is nice but with Randy Moss having 93 speed, 94 with 40/40 legends and 0 AP Deep Out Elite, Moss is the answer.

Jefferson is the best route runner in the game and seems to get crazy seperation with route tech, but if your scheme is throw it up to a big dude Moss is definitely the best. Ideally you'd have both on your team.
