there should be enough content to last us for hours. Diamond Dynasty in MLB The Show is what every ultimate team mode should be. Pretty much every card is obtainable and NMS can get an amazing team by just playing the game. It's so much more detailed and deeper than MUT. I'm not sure why MUT is so watered down but i almost see more store offers than solos in the game. Exaggeration of course but not by much and greed has really killed this game. Sad

You lost in a discussion without providing a single informative thing, you lie about your Madden "career" as it's pretty obvious at this point that you are not even playing the game and all your takes are based on those silly paid off reviews, you try to justify your behavior by saying how nice of a person you are after you harassed me, you can't even consider anyone else to be right about something unless they agree with you because you only live in your own head where you are always right.

However, addicts don't liek it when you try to stage an intervention.  Unfortunately, brings out the worst in people.  Simply calling this out for what it is, "gambling scheme" -- basically a casino for kids, merely suggesting that is going to make a whole lot of folks incredibly butt-hurt.  It's getting more and more difficult for me to even watch certain streamers lately, with all the degenerate gambling stuff, I just end up feeling sad for them.  They'll drop hundreds in an evening on stream for a bunch of gold 70s and then spend the final few minutes of the video attempting to justify their luck and twist things in their mind to somehow convince themselves that there was value in what they just did.  Junkie justification for days.

I've played enough video games over the decades, to feel fairly qualified to gauge the "quality" (using that term loosely here) of Madden.  I've been playing fatball video games since at least 1989.  Cannot really recall if we ever had an Atari football game, do not believe any NFL licensed products existed back in those days, prior to Tecmo Bowl... which was and remains absolutely legendary.  That shit is still fun in 2k23.  Not so certain `24 will stand the test of time, heh.  Alright, enough from this grumpy old man.  Unfortunately, this is probably a hot take -- can't wait to read all the reactions to your great post above, "but, but, but... scheme over team, brah.  You just need to git gud."  I can already hear it now.

Keep on keepin it real, my man.  You're an absolute legend, @blckovr.  Please keep callin it liek it is.

EDIT:  I conveniently overlooked the "objectively the worst Madden in history" portion of the comment, assuming it was a bit hyperbole, but i only have a few recent years (22, 23 & 24 on PS5) to compare it to, otherwise all my Madden experience came before MUT even existed, so i'll leave those reactions to others who have been here consistently for years and years.

Honestly it might be hyperbole, but time will tell. So far it's pretty much on edge, and after playing this game for so long I can only expect the worst out of EA. 

After they introduce the abilities and instant X-Factors we might see some serious garbage gameplay, so I'm not hopeful in a slightest.

Some of us think spamming the same YouTube plays that take advantage of broken game mechanics make us good. I refuse to call Meta stuff. Stayed away from tight offset TE all of last year. Spamming broke plays (which is what lots of the top players do) doesn't make one good. The worst thing about online gaming is online gamers. Can't remember where I saw this quote but it's true.

I tried to leave it long ago but you keep coming back calling me names. Nobody “lost“ the argument, we just disagree over an opinion.
