Sucks to hear bro. I've been playing longer than you even!! (since the first Madden in 1988). I am in my mid 50's and still play. I've seen so much of this happen, it's a shame that it hasn't been resolved.

I've been playing since 94 long before MUT was a thing. I've never bought or sold coins or cards in my life on any game. I was banned twice my coins stolen twice and they returned my coins after they reversed the first ban. 3 days later I get banned again for supposedly the same thing and they never returned my coins after that. I've lost 3.2 million coins they refused to return. I've sent a certified letter to their legal department requesting arbitration because you can't sue these people per the agreement we accept when we download and play the game. They've basically ignored my letter of arbitration that was sent back in December of 22 and there's no resolution so far. It's terrible customer service and you shouldn't be able to run any business that way, let alone a multi-million dollar corporation. If you come up with any solution please let me know. They get away with this because they're the only game that has an NFL license. Short of applying pressure to the NFL to then apply pressure to EA. I don't know how they're ever going to get the message.

Appeal will not matter.  It’s a pandemic this  year.  I was sick at home over Thanksgiving and completed Elway and got banned.  Never got my coins back.  Always a generic email.  Loops upon loops of bullshit.  In addition, since you “sign” a order agreement in the beginning  to play the game, it states that legal proceedings wI’ll be arbitration at best so depending on what you spent, a retainer is a mute expense.   They are crooks plan and simple.  Bending over their costumers and laughing all the way to the bank.

We need an attorney who can kick their ass Pro Bono! 🤞🏻
