Anyone know how to get the  madden upgrade tokens for John Madden DT?

You have to complete all of the stats, every stat you complete you get an upgrade token

Go into the Missions tab on the main screen in Ultimate Team. There should be a Team of the Year category. The D-tackle John Madden objectives should be in there to track your progression.
