Well the regular blue ones only upgrade like 3 or 4 tiers, but the season 2 strats, you know its got some orange on the blue card and has S2. Those s2 you can upgrade like 10 tiers at least and cost about 40k plus training to upgrade fully.

 But as many rare fantasy strats as  I've done (ive wasted so many rare strategy on this set), I've never come across or seen any s2 ones that are worth a damn really as in anything with speed or anything important. Does that make sense? 

Its a head scratcher for sure. Its been bothering me since s4 came out and I found out you can upgrade s2 to s4 but there's no info anywhere on it.

Yeah as far as I know any strat card that doesn’t have SPD can be upgraded to Tier 14 now. That gives +5 boost to the first 3 attributes and +4 boost to the last two attributes. Not sure if it helps but I know some of the cards are misleading. Hybrid says ”CB” on it but it actually boosts all DB’s and the card that says like Mike-Will or Mike-Sam (I can’t remember) does actually boost all Linebackers. 
 

My Defense:

I have decided to try to get all of my DB’s as close to 99 SPD/ACC as possible without strat cards. I’ve got pretty great D-lineman and linebackers so I’m using one Outside and In for +1 SPD and +2 FMV, and then one card that boosts everyone on the defense. I am currently using Man2Man boosting +5 MCV, +5 CTH, +5 PRS, +4 PRC, +4 AWR. I might switch to get some other boosts though since I changed around my lineup today. Just need to see which boosts I need now. 

My Offense:

I’m trying to do the same on offense and get my WR’s to 99 SPD-ACC without strats. Then I plan to use a strat for O-line and maybe one that boosts everyone. I’m still figuring out which will help me the most Currently I have one Deep Route Specialist for SPD and one Iron Wall for all of the PBK boosts, IBL, AWR for my the O-Line.

Whoa, SNS you just blew my mind, so only the strats with spd won't upgrade to s4 levels. That makes sense and now I got some tweaking to do, and I'm right where you are in finding the best bang strats for the team, really liking your suggestions. Thank you, you absolute madman!

Glad I could help! Let me know if you find any other strats that don’t go to Tier 14. I haven’t upgraded every strat to find out but there are a ton that I have. Also if you want to send me what boosts you need the most I can give you some suggestions on strat cards.
