I’m still not whole from the player present debacle. I’m still owed a Brady and a Carmichael that EA doesn’t want to address. Everytime I reach out to support they close the ticket. I’ve taken pictures of the presents I got and sent them. Crickets. I don’t have a problem with things being messed up, just own the mistake and correct it.

This entire week looks like it may be a mess. Not a single person I’ve seen confirm any make rights have even gone out…and we are hours away from the Monday deadline EA themselves gave. 😆🤦♂️
