What is the best setup for man? Deep route KOs on all DBs except sub LB? Or Medium/short in certain positions? Inside shade depending on budget?

DRKO/Pick Artist on DBs, Deep Out Zone KO/Pick Artist or Tip Drill on safeties, and maybe Inside Shade if you want to. That’s my ideal Man Coverage setup ability wise.

So you run man press with two safeties in deep zone most of the time ?

On Cover 2 Man yes. As long as it isn’t a zero blitz, anybody in zone with a zone KO ability should activate.
