I am trying to run spinner (switching from Zone), but I am getting cooked every single play. I have the best DBs with the best KOs, I never press, but the opponents are running butt naked for some reason. What abilities should I be using and what adjustments should I be making? Any suggestions are appreciated.
Are you running any players with inside shade or one step ahead? These should help your players react better to cuts by the receivers.
You should just switch back to zone..

No, what is better, inside shade or outside shade?

You should honestly I did this and at this point of the year your gonna get fried no matter what it's easier to run zone.

Generally, inside shade is considered better since it helps counter the meta tight formations. Most of the routes in tight formations would activate inside shade but not outside shade.
That said if your opponents run a lot of routes that break outside the numbers outside shade would be better.
One step ahead practically gives your player both inside and outside shade but can be expensive ap wise if you don't get a discount.
I did great in man for a few weeks, won a legends SB.
but people are just so sweaty, I have tried everything to get man to work but it ain’t working anymore. PA shot seams always cooks me on a blitz and even in cover two. I adjust, then they throw a crossed. I user that, they throw another crosser. I get that down, then the RB is running right by people. It’s futile at this point.
back to zone and having people just throw over the top I go And I think I will at least save some AP on these stupid shade abilities. Trade off is having to adjust the stupid zone depths for the corner routes while dealing with underneath stuff to the rb

Cool, what i was thinking I might do is run pat pete with osa, drko, and mrko (3AP) at free safety and run Jaycee Horn with Inside shade, outside shade, and drko (3AP) at strong safety. Then cromartie and NTL can be CB1 and CB2 with inside shade and a few KOs.

I tried Pat Pete at safety...... he will be toast on corner routes and deep outs

Definitely should help your coverage at least. If you haven't already, check out this list https://www.mut.gg/forums/forum/mut-discussion-10/topic/list-players-that-can-equip-two-free-abilities-at-the-same-time-22396/
You'll definitely want free abilities with how much your spending on your cbs.
