Man defense got beat by a mile

and KOs don't light up.

Like I shade inside and have the leverage but my DBs still can't bag the WRs.

Would love to hear some advice.

Are you using any players that get the inside shade, outside shade, or one step ahead abilities

Yeah as soneone else mentioned when I'm running man my corners have inside shade/OSA. + Deion sanders. 

It's likely that one of the opponents recievers are loaded with abilities and you'll have to user that reciever quite a bit. 

Tight ends are huge problems and usually slot WR1. My outside guys handle outside recievers fine. 

A standard opponent will keep abusing the same man beater. Shut it down with user also throw a random zone defense every 5-8 plays and watch them throw a pick lol

It’s been EXTREMELY hit or miss for me. I have run several different combos trying to find a good formula but no luck. Some opponents have 0 problems cooking man coverage.

I’ve had Cromartie and NTL with Inside Shade get beat by Gronk and Carmichael. I’ve had Ty Law and Tariq Woolen with OSA and Jaycee Horn with Inside Shade & Outside Shade get beat by several different receivers.

Then today I had Slay beat Calvin Johnson on a deep crosser with zero abilities on him ( I forgot that I downgraded him last night and loaded straight into a Champs game). I’ve also had Jamel Dean with Outside Shade completely lock down Carmichael and Calvin Johnson for 4-5 H2H games in a row. 🤷‍♂️

I also haven’t had KO’s lighting up or doing anything most of the time.

At this point in using just one or 2 kos for soecific situations total. 

Having a lot more luck with OSA/inside shade+PA+Acro. 

Also seen other posts different days different things work. Suggesting some days man coverage is unstoppable and others it's cooked all day long.

So hot or miss lately i’ve had to put so many more abilities on my corners and safety is because of how bad man’s been

Yeah it’s been very inconsistent. Sometimes I can fly through 5-10 games with everything locked down getting easy wins. Other times my guys can’t cover anyone and I have to revert back to Zone and work my ass off trying to get a win.

Same here feeling about the inconsistency. I do feel like it’s becoming a meta again but I struggle with it in lots of games.

I tried both. Inside shade or OSA still feels like one step Behind. A bit better but no KOs means so they hold on to the ball. It’s just inconsistent.

I do feel like the inconsistency has something to do with adjustments. Still trying to figure it ou.

Just switched back to zone. No matter what the meta is, man coverage is really bad for me.

The advice is to get used to it because this game is random bro. No one defense completely shuts down everything in the game. One game they’ll be shut down and the next, they are lost. It’s just part of the game

Bruuuuh same. I’ll play 2 or 3 games and everybody KO’n and locking down and then I’ll play a game where everyone’s getting burnt and nothing is working smfh idk I might switch to Zone but I like having Deion, Pat Pete and Cromartie as Man corners

I truly understand what you are saying bro. But somehow there has to be a skill gap. Adjustments should at least do something.
