Mannn Madden 22 Wowwww

I went on to reminisce a little bit and look how this years game has changed from last and man I was shocked. Y’all remember purple  power up cards? Those were dope. And TVP packs used to cost…. Get this 4,900 training! I went on to rip a couple packs bcuz I do remember the odds being insanely better than this years game and get this I pulled a 98 UL in my 2nd pack and then in pack 5 a Golden Ticket Cordelle Patterson 99 CB!…. a 98 and 99 in less than 25K training hahaha we would fall our seats if we did that in this years game. This years it’s spend 2 million training and you’d be lucky to pull a 99. I really really hope EA increases odds drastically especially when GT’s release we already saw an Offensive lineman go for 2.5 mil, which is insane, so if they don’t get ready for GT’s to be costing around that or even more 3-4Mil. And Yes I did pull Larry Allen in a TVP pack, and I’ll say this i do have a 98ovr team, Montana, Moss, Deion, etc with 10mins coins and 5mill training im NMS but hit the Easter and Draft pack glitches but before I pulled Allen, I must had re-rolled 25-30Million training when Kam, Chris Carter, NTL, Tebow was all in packs and pulled 0 ! EA needs to increase odds for GT’s and just overall I know there’s people who have 94 or 96 ovr teams who didn’t hit the glitches that would love that. 
Also, Team AP was 18 last year not 12. We didn’t get any Zero AP buckets but…. In last years game all you needed was Acrobat we didn’t need pick artist and tons of KO’s on every DB and Safeties. players like EdReed, Sean Taylor and Revis got Acro for 1. And… you could also run the ball consistently in last years game! And people would(GT Mike Vick was insane) It wasn’t throw it 70 times a game. and Man Meta wasn’t dumb and sweaty like this year. 
Life was good. I miss it. 

Madden at this time of the year is kinda dry and stale so I would recommend if you still have last years game go ahead and log on and reminisce a bit. I had a 25/25/25 Packers, Jets, 49ers team, man I miss that squad!

Funny, I didn't start on 23 until March. The pack pulls I was getting on 22 really improved when 23 came out. I wonder if everybody moving over to the new game makes better pulls more likely on the old one or something?

22 is better graphically IMO. I'm on PS4 and the player models on 23 are crazy. I have Sauce at CB2 but he looks built like Javon Hargrave man! I also liked PU's but EA removed them because people bought less packs I think.

Overall, I thought 22 was a better game. Not by much because both are poor though.

I hated purple power up cards. Finding the older versions of cards was often a pain and could cost an Additional 500k

I  think one positive is the pack animations have been fire this year and one downside is that the rest of the game is booty

Good riddance to the power up cards. I absolutely hated having to spend an additional 500k+ to power anyone up fully, which was ALWAYS necessary to get their best abilities unlocked. An absolute coin sink. How anyone could miss them is beyond me.

I 100% DON’T miss power ups and the way EA did the Legends power ups this year was pure TORTURE.

That being said I am on PS4 and the gameplay was much smoother in 22 even the menu/lineup/AH lag wasn’t even half as slow as 23.

Abilities were at the very least much more fun in 22. Acrobat actually worked all the time, Route Tech worked against Man & Zone. D-line abilities weren’t completely negated by Secure Protector.

The cost for TVP and the odds were significantly better in 22. It’s absolutely atrocious that we have to spend 29k training and likely get back 80-82 plats, silver/green strats, or solar uni’s that QS for 1000 coins.

I still have everything that I built in 22 and I hop on there whenever I want to play Madden and the servers are down. It takes longer to get matchups but I usually have more fun.

TVP are cheaper on 22 because the game is over, it’s not like TVP was 4,900 when the game was active, most pack costs usually gets reduced shortly after the new madden drops

I never played 22. Played 21, tho, but I started playing 21 near the end of 22 so not very many people still played
