I would check your twitch inventory to see if the packs are waiting to be claimed. You have to do this manually, the packs aren’t just granted like they have been in the past.

Make sure your account is successfully linked as well.

If you have claimed them, and your account is successfully linked I would reach out to EA help if you don’t see them by this evening

I streamed the whole thing last night. I watched on and off. I claimed everything and logged onto Madden and saw nothing in the marketplace. This morning I looked at my EA account and I have nothing in connections. I think that where my issue is. It was connected last week.

Any one else not get packs? My son and myself both watched the whole stream and received nothing.

I received mine OK.

Have you had any issues getting GMM packs prior to these streams?
