There is a completionist set for upgrade tokens and a option to buy one in the store. Is it for the mystery players/taysom hill or Deablo and all the other upgrade by fear or both. I dont wanna do anything without knowing what they are for

Deablo, Dickerson, Walker, Jarrett are all upgraded with fear. Takes about 17,000 fear to upgrade to a 90.

So the upgrade token in the shop is the same as the "???? Or taysom hill upgrade token" you get in challenges and field pass?

Yes. Only Hill and Suh need the tokens.
