MF was fairly good?

I may be in the minority here but overall I feel like most feared was pretty good.

 With what you could earn on the offline side. I maxed out the field pass and walked away with a BND Moss a Lamar Jackson I sold for 400k, a 90 ovr Suh DT, and lastly a 87 BND RG . spent some fear on packs and hit some and lost some so probably came out even there.

I agree I complain a lot about this game but I think the content was alright a lot of cards dropped. May be a lot of obsolete/unusable cards but to me just having a lot cards in the game makes it fun. I think the champions were good and the LTDs.

Agreed; that would’ve been huge but I think the smart move was to do the BND and then sell the other 90 still

I ended up with chase, champ, suh dt, 90 LG, mlb and hb plus 87 chido.  Promo was sold for getting free upgrades from the promo. 

Store not resetting was the only knock as mentioned.

only thing I didnt like is players being locked behind certain acheivements in certain game modes. especially since the draft mode is all sorts of messed up. other than it was a super good promo.

I’m glad you enjoyed it. For me MF was just more of the same. Rinse and repeat content.  In my opinion, bare minimum type of work on EAs part. New cards are not enough for a primary promo like MF. I want and expect much more. Potentially long rant to ensue. 

My list of gripes

-The chemistry sucked. MF factions as they implemented them were awful. I was very excited about factions because I was able to see very quickly a lot of potential for content in them. They didn’t do that. At all. They were useless, boring and offered nothing to the release, nothing to most users and nothing extra for EAs wallet.

-The fear store should have reset.

-Fear currency was an after thought. Felt like they didn’t really care about encouraging people to engage in this content. They have done far better with promo currencies in the past.

-No new ideas. Even the stupid giants idea is rinse and repeat. Granted we usually have to wait a couple more weeks for giants during the harvest promo. The cards and the ability of the average user to obtain them was acceptable

-No new content. I personally expect more content, rotating content and more ways to play. I want to have fun.

-Glitches and bugs galore. I have never experienced another game with so many. They are appearing more often, in greater quantity and with greater severity then ever before. It’s much more than a lack of effort. There is something far more difficult to solve at the heart of this. EA is consistently compromising the game environment. I don’t know how they, their partners or their clients are supposed to properly gage the content or its success without the ability of users to consistently access it as it is intended to be. This screws us, them and the data they are trying to collect for metrics. They do have a test environment, right?

Positives

-The cards. The quality was acceptable. They added a decent amount of useable cards. As has been stated more useable cards makes the game more fun.

-The amount of “free content” and content that was achievable to the average user. NMS users and minimal money spent users.

-I thought there were going to be more positives. I must be blanking.

Thank you for the thread because I’m very curious to understand what everyone thinks and if I’m just the odd ball out. With my very critical views and high expectations.

Yeah I hear that but this a very normal thing that EA does.  Last years promos were the same way. You were allowed to get one bnd champ and that was it. i remember because I bought some during the 1st weeks drop during genki and sugar rush for example and couldn’t get another when some of the better ones dropped. EA hates giving out champs even if they are bnd and you have to buy them
