You don't get to choose who you get, you'll get the same players back.

cuz these cards you will get back as BND (even duplicates)

This year, every set that gives back cards is designed to give you exactly what you put in.  The days of sniping all low pieces to choose who you want are gone in the name of a more streamline approach for EA since they don't have to code in fantasy packs for each set anymore.

Sniping does still exists though as you will want to check the price of who you actually want compared to the cost of building them through sets to minimize your costs with sets like these.
