How do I get the strat card with +1 speed. I have 2 cards and neither have +1 speed zc

Only have 2 Strat items : slippery ice and cold touch

You need to go to the ZC FP and complete the steps in there to obtain the ZC strategy card with +1 speed

It's lvl 2 on the field pass. Don't take much to get

zero chill field pass --> objectives-->madden express stop schedule... do those and you get the chill out strat.
