I earned the 86+ playoff player from the house rules and I went to the main menu where it says 1 unopened pack. I press it and it says nothing and when I go back again it still says 1 unopened pack but doesn't show up when I open it. I can show proof if needed but am I only one having this issue? Ea help is also no use so that's why I'm here.

no you are not the only one having this problem.
based on past HR pass i am not going forward until the bug is fixed. You have to get at least 1 ring fragment from HR to complete the set. you get 3 from Super Bowl pass, 1 from challenges, and you can make a set once to get 1. so you have to get 1 from HR and i don't want to find out the hard way that the level 3 HR reward is bugged.

yea im having the same problem too
It says you lose but still does give credit for wins. I'm down to the last reward. The biggest problem is the Super Bowl player 86 and 88 packs. I now own four ghost packs that I can't open. The Super Bowl ring pieces, the 94, and prediction tokens do work though.
