Missing season 5 token

Hello, just wanted to see if anyone else had the issue of a season 5 token missing from their items? I am about to complete the 97 player set but am missing a token. I have not used any of them. Ea help doesn't seem to have any solutions at the moment.

Honestly the only way it’s missing is if you accidentally did the first set for one token back in the beginning.  EA is literally trash at everything, but that’s one thing I’ve never seen or heard anyone complain about is not getting season pass rewards. But one thing I can promise you is that EA help is not going to be able to do anything for you.  i Paid For 4800 madden points with my preorder and had proof of receipt and everything else and they still haven’t helped me from August. Plus they don’t care about you getting rewards or not. Pretty sad but true. And plus even if something did happen to your token somehow there’s no proof of it, and if they did something people would take advantage and try to get free tokens. I hope you figure out what happened tho those 97 options are probably one of the best rewards theyve decided to give us in forever

Yea I get the impression it's being viewed as whatever. I still have the first set available. i do see there is an open forum at ea help of other users having the issue but no resolve so far. I just figured it wouldn't hurt to check other sources for possible direction. Thanks for the reply.

Also another way of proof is that in the objectives tab, at the bottom it is completing 1 set token exchange and if that hasn’t been completed you didnt accidentally do one. I have the same issue and i’m going to wait until the end of the season to see if I end up getting the token. If not it’s going to kind of suck because you friended the whole way there just for you to not get what you deserve.

That's really unfortunate, hope you both are able to find a resolution.  Especially unfortunate, because this is quite possibly one of THE best pack offers EA has dropped the entire year.  I don't think they realize just how good those 97 OVR Redux players are, no way they'd ever give those on purpose, heh.  At least them not knowing or playing their own game will randomly benefit the community once in a blue moon.

I'm pulling for ya, man, let's hope since there's others suffering from a similar affliction that maybe you'll have a chance, but asking or hoping for EA to care is almost certainly going to remain an uphill battle.

I don't think i've had a single roster decision (or pack choice/offer) that was more difficult than this selection, just so many great options to choose from.  My instincts were to take a theme team (49ers) specific BND player, as i typically do, but I couldn't resist.  You have impeccable taste.  There's so few 6'4" corners that exist, let alone ones with elite stats and ability stack.  No regrets, Tariq has been playing lights out for me.  I proceeded to build Peanut Tillman to play opposite Riq and gosh, i'm feeling pretty good about my outside corners.  Hope you are able to join in the Woolen fun real real soon.

I have bo, night train and peanut (slot) at corner right now With Rogers-cromartie at 4. Night train hasn't been playing well for me recently, was looking to upgrade him. Right now I have a 50/60 combine team currently. Peanut has plaid the best for me.

though about doing a bills team earlier in the year but nothing good ever really came out for them.

Incredible squad, there's been no compelling reason (that i've seen) to move on from either Superbowl and/or Combine theme teams.  I'm running a hybrid, which has continued to evolve, but basically same base squad now for ~2 months comprised of the following:

• 70/70 Superbowl
• 25/50 49ers
• 6/6 AKA Crews -- to get Peanut (et al) that almighty +1 SPD boost, plus it's STUPID easy to acquire, especially lately, only need three cards
• 15/60 Combine

Eventually i'll slide Peanut to Slot corner (Flat + Mid Zone KO for 0AP wow), he's somehow even better than Sauce, basically a near-perfect end-game Slot corner, but he's just so good at the moment i still need him on the outside, opposite Tariq.  And then Sauce, plus Charvarius Ward (or Herb Adderley) as Slot corners, even though i'm overpaying (1AP) for Mid Zone KO + Pick Artist on either/both.

I'm really looking forward to Theme Team Remix, hoping that will be enough to motivate me to commit fully to my 50/50 Niners squad, but still feeling far too gimped at the moment.  We've been spoiled with 98-99 SPD players for months now, hard to give up all the dual discounted abilities until there's a clear path forward.
