I will second the desire for a new 98 or 99 Legend card.  Other than the 99 NTL, the first part of the promo was a snoozer for me.  I wound up selling the 93's from the Emblems for training.  I will do the same with the 3rd one once I get it, and I am not playing this god-awful version of House Rules, so I will never have the 4th one, unless they make a new way to get it in Part 2.

Same!!    This just about guarantees that they will make him an LTD.  I have noticed a trend the last few weeks that the desirable cards in each drop are being made LTD's.  It doesn't seem like it is a coincidence.
