mold breakers challenges

I can't play any of the solos without getting kicked out. is this happening to anyone else?

Our game client crashes a lot, are you able to reproduce the scenario?  If so, can you please describe, step by step, what you are clicking to cause the game to crash out?  Often times redoing your lineup can help resolve random issues, but there's many potential bugs or game-breaking glitches that will simply cause things to crash.

Cannot promise any expert assistance here, but we'll certainly do our best to try and help if you are able to provide additional context.  Thanks, good luck!  Super frustrating when you can't even get into the game.

so I go into challenges, then I go into the mold breakers challenges, then no matter which one I pick it kicks me off the server. it happens every time, and I created a new line up by scratch just to be sure and it still kicked me out. so I'm not sure what the issue could be.

Thanks for the feedback, i'll try to recreate the specific issues i was having last night, something about Mold Breakers was crashing my game client, as well -- i'm sorry i don't have the PS5 available right now to try (little man is playing Fortnite with his friends), but hopefully this evening, if not sooner.  Which method or menu option were you using to navigate to the Mold Breakers challenges?  Are you using the shortcut menu options (the large purple boxes here in the center?  see image below) or going to: Play, Challenges, then selecting the Mold Breakers from the full list which shows ALL Challenges from the entire game year?

If you're using these in-game shortcut menus, please try the other option (assuming you haven't 10x already).  Play, then CHALLENGES, then pluck Mold Breakers from yer full list and see if that helps to work around it.

The only other thing i could think to (blindly) suggest would be to turn off X-factor abilities, ensure you are BELOW the max AP limits (don't spend all 6 AP, just for giggles).  Assuming these options still fail, perhaps use the auto-generate lineup feature and see if you can use a different combination of cards to gain access.

Beyond these general troubleshooting suggestions, i guess i'd be curious to find out what specific players are on your roster.  The bulk of the "problems" lately have stemmed from the past promo, the Carmichael and Bo Jackson Golden Tickets were causing things to bug out, whoever this was vastly different from what you are experiencing, folks could still play the game, it was just not properly tracking progress... usually due to the fact that upgrades had been applied (to either Bo or Harold).

I've seen some people suggest removing theme team remix players that provide motivator boosts like Demaryius lThomas  from their lineup allows them to play solos.

wow that actually worked thank you for that. crazy cause I can play solo battles no problem, or any other solo challenge, but the mold breakers with all the theme team remix players.

apparently I can't have all the theme team remix boosts active to get into the solos so after removing one I was able to get in no problem. thanks for trying to help!

Glad you figured that out. The roster stuff can be super glitchy. Trying to add a Strategy Item that is actively listed on Auction House will also crash the game 100% of the time. I'm sure all of these will be magically fixed by `24, ha. 😵
